- Under the program, we shall have 3 categories of public housing ; Social housing , Slum Upgrading and Market affordable housing. - Low income earners will pay Ksh 300 from the previous Ksh 500.
- Salaried employees and those with declared incomes will pay 2.75%. This translates to monthly dedication of Ksh 850 for the average income of Kenyans . Those who earn more will pay more to bring in equity in healthcare provision .
- Under UHC , there will be no cap for chronic and terminal illnesses. As long as you are covered, you will get treatment . This will bring relief to cancer and diabetes patients for example.

- About 15 industrial parks already commissioned each given a seed capital of Ksh 250 million by the National Government. Respective county governments expected to match the fund equally - Ksh 250 million .
- When fully operational , the parks will instigate employment creation and promote innovation and technology.
5. War against Corruption
- The president has not weaponised ( politicized ) the war against Corruption, but it is evident that corruption has reduced from 3 billion shillings that were being stolen daily under Uhuru to a few millions , with efforts being made to reduce it further to zero.
- In the last one year , various corruption attempts involving billions of shillings have been nipped in the bud and culprits kicked out of public service. This has sent a strong message.
- The president has given independent institutions room to discharge their constitutional mandates without interference.
Others include support to farmers through identification, and provision of subsidized farm inputs including fertilizer and seeds.
